50 Years of 2nd amendment: TLP celebrates in Liaquat Bagh
In the memorandum of the 2nd amendment of the constitution of Pakistan, in which qadiyanis were declared non-Muslims, TLP organized a magnificent event in the Liaquat Bagh Rawalpindi on Saturday. Hundreds of thousands of people participated from Punjab. TLP leaders, members of the central executive committee, numerous Islamic scholars, and spiritual leaders addressed the participants. Among the other leaders, Peer Syed Zaheer ul Hassan Shah was the most prominent, appearing for the first time in public since his statement against the chief justice. He demanded to sort out the problem of qadiyani quoting the statement from the Chief of Army Staff where General Asim Muneer mentioned that 'whoever does not respect Sharia and constitution, we don't consider them Pakistanis'. Remember the qadiyanis do not accept the 2nd amendment in the constitution of Pakistan and refuse to deem themselves non-Muslims. TLP Ameer Hafiz Saad Hussain Rizvi, Hafiz Anas Hussain Rizvi, Dr. Shafique Ameeni, Allama Ghulam Abbas Faizai and many other notable leaders also addressed the participants.
